Community Health Outreach and Engagement

Challenge: Communities in Harnett and Wake counties needed improved access to health and wellness resources.

Approach: Developed and executed Community Wellness Days and Health Education Events integrating local partners and screenings.

Results:

• 38 participants received direct health screenings.

• Over 100 residents engaged in resource education and preventive health outreach.
